1. Australian-Based Transcription: All audio transcription is conducted entirely within Australia, ensuring local regulatory compliance.

2. Immediate Audio File Destruction: Once transcription is complete, the original audio file is immediately deleted, minimizing exposure risk.

3. Redaction of Personal Information: Sensitive or personally identifying information is removed from the transcript during processing to protect patient anonymity.

4. Encryption and No Raw Storage: After redaction, the transcript is encrypted and never stored in its unprocessed or original form.

5. Clinician-Only Access: Only the specific clinician involved in the case can access the transcript or health data, ensuring restricted data access.

6. Short-Term Storage: By default, all data is stored on secure Australian servers for just 7 days before being automatically deleted.
